Puppy Selection Process
Joining The Waitlist
SE Poodles allows interested families to submit a Puppy Application if they'd like to be considered for one of our puppies. If your application is selected you will be notified by email. To lock in your official spot on our waitlist for a current or upcoming litter you will be required to pay a $500 *nonrefundable holding fee. There will be a waitlist available for male puppies and another for female puppies. A families spot on the waitlist will determine what order they will get to select their puppy.
For example, a family who is down for the 3rd male pick will have to wait for the 1st & 2nd male picks to choose their puppies before they get to take their turn.
*Although Holding Fees are nonrefundable, they are transferable to future litters. The holding fee will count towards the total purchase price of your puppy.
Puppy Pickup
All of our puppies must be picked up in person from our home in Central Florida. We will coordinate with each family to schedule a pickup date and time when the puppies are ready to go home. The remaining balance for your puppy will be due at that time.
During pickup, we’ll spend time reviewing the puppy contract, health records, and other important paperwork. We’ll also go over your puppy’s current schedule, tips for a smooth transition, advice on keeping your puppy healthy, and answer any questions you may have.
Puppy pickup day is always a bittersweet moment at SE Standard Poodles—it’s hard to say goodbye, but we’re filled with joy knowing each puppy is going to a loving home. We can’t wait to see those first updates and photos as your new adventure begins!
We will spend time together going over our puppy contract, and any paperwork or information, etc. We will discuss the puppies current schedules, advice on how to keep your puppy healthy, and go over any questions families may have.
It's always a bittersweet day for us at SE Poodles, but puppy pickup day is also full of love and excitement! We always look forward to seeing our families and can't wait for those first updates once you bring your puppy home.
